King Brand Industrial Ltd. (KBIL) - Management Team Mr. Eric S. S. Wong, CEO Mr. Eric. S. S. Wong has more than 30 years business experience in Europe and Southeast Asian markets. His business grew from garment manufacturing to catering industry, product research and development, marketing and consulting covering many industries. Over the last several decades having lived through the amazing changes of mainland China, Mr. Wong has gained a profound understanding and valuable experiences in this dynamic market. It enables him to lead King Brand Industrial Ltd., to achieve remarkable results. Born as a Chinese in Hong Kong when it was a British colony, Mr. Wong understands cross-cultural differences between East and West. As China becomes the world's largest supplier of manufacturing goods, Mr. Wong realized the need to establish a company to deal with the challenges of finding reliable suppliers, controlling product quality and inspection, and handling all the logistics efficiently and economically. Subsequently in 1988, King Brand Industrial Ltd., (KBIL) was established. After an in-depth investigation and research on the market development strategy, KBIL extends the business field from trading to product’s research and development. And now KBIL becomes one of the leading product design and development firm. Mr. Wong is aware that one of the great advantages of getting products from China must be positioned in innovative industrial designs. At KBIL, he heads an in-house team to provide outstanding, innovative and functional industrial designs and developments.
Mr. Rob Overgoor, Associate Director Born in the Netherlands, Mr. Rob Overgoor has been engaged in the field of visual communication and shop-fitting procurement for the past two decades. He owned a highly successful purchase company for shop fitting from 1999 to 2001, with a purchase volume of over 100 million Euros. From 2001 to 2008, he held the position of Director of Operations at Shopex Group, which is a world-wide supplier of shop-fitting products for Swarovski, Swatch, Nokia, Wolford and many other retail organizations. Since 2008, he is Interim General Manager at Reklet Group in the Netherlands. Mr. Overgoor is currently an Associate Director at King Brand Industrial Limited. He is a key member of a dynamic, globally-oriented team that is always prepared to source from reliable suppliers and handle all the logistics efficiently and economically. Our services include the development of quality-control protocols, problems diagnosing, and evaluation of the quality of a third-party fabricator. With the aim to meet the needs of our clients, Mr. Overgoor and his team are dedicated to provide outstanding, innovative and functional industrial designs and developments.
Mr. Edmond Nazeer received his DCA from the Computer Society of India and ACCA (Finance) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Furthermore, he completed his study in Commerce, Economics, Office Management and various technical trainings in India. Mr. Nazeer began his career working as a computer analyst and later on he worked as a financial controller. Due to his family background, Mr. Nazeer started working in the manufacturing business in Hong Kong in 1994. With an excellent performance and a superb network in Middle East, India, China as well as other Asian countries, Mr. Nazeer was invited to become an Associate Director at King Brand Industrial Ltd in 2003.
Mr. Johnny Wong, Vice Director Mr. Johnny Wong is a Vietnamese Chinese and he grew up in a family with extensive textile industry experiences. Mr. Wong received his Bachelor degree in commerce and was certified as an industrial manager in Canada in 1980. Following his study abroad, he returned to Hong Kong and started his own business. In 2003, he was invited to join Shanghai State Owned Textile Institute. Later on, he became the associate corporate director in a wealth management company in Hong Kong. Due to his extensive experience and vast network, Mr. Johnny Wong was invited to assume the position of Vice President at King Brand Industrial Ltd., in 2008.
Mr. Tommy Tong, Sales Manager Born in Nanjing, China, Mr. Tommy Tang graduated with a degree in Economy from the Finance Department of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. In 1992, he joined Eastcompeace Company, a listed company and the largest domestic supplier of smart card in China. He was in charge of domestic sourcing. Mr. Tang began to work in the Mainland China office of Hong Kong based Ericorps Group in 1995, assuming full responsibility for domestic business affairs in China. He has been working at King Brand Industrial Ltd., since 2001. With expertise in financial and tax policies and laws, intellectual property protection policy in China as well as building an extensive business network, Mr. Tang has been promoted to be the Sales Manager of King Brand Industrial Ltd.
Ms. Gloria Yu, Project Manager Ms. Gloria Yu was born and grew up in Foshan, China. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Donghua University in China) and a Master's Degree in Global Studies (University of Leipzig / University of Wroclaw in Germany / Poland). Before joining King Brand Industrial Ltd, Ms. Yu worked as an assistant to managers in Chinese, German, Indian and Israeli companies, and gained valuable insights into diverse aspects of business practices in the global village. For many years, she was actively engaged in sourcing various consumer products from the Chinese market. As a project coordinator, Ms. Yu worked together with many different partners including product design studios, university faculties and manufacturers to meet customers’ requests. Ms. Yu joined King Brand Industrial Ltd. in 2010 as Project Manager and continues her pursuit for excellence. |
